We'll tell you how much we believe we can save you

Then let us know if you want to go ahead

We'll create a license to occupy. You'll need to get these signed before we can move forward

Keys are then picked up and equipment installed

We tell the council we're occupying the property. Council check property

After 45 days we vacate

When the rates demand arrives we will send you a bill for the amount plus our fee

We pay the final demand
